Barbecued Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. medium raw shrimp
    1 quartered onion
    3 toes garlic
    1/4 c. salt
    1/2 bottle Louisiana hot sauce
    1/4 c. cooking oil (olive oil)
Preparation
    Remove heads from shrimp, but do not peel.
    Clean and wash shrimp and drain.
    On top of stove in a Dutch oven pot, put olive oil and saute onion and garlic.
    When softened, add shrimp, then distribute salt over all and shake out 1/2 of the bottle of Louisiana hot sauce.
    Mix everything together and cook on hot flame for 5 minutes in covered pot.
    Turn off and let set about 5 minutes.
