Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
    1/3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    12 oz. can evaporated milk
    vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Dissolve lemon jello, sugar and salt in boiling water.
    Add lemon juice.
    Chill until thick, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Chill evaporated milk (overnight, if possible).
    Chill bowls and beaters.
