Acini De Pepe Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Mandarin oranges
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 small cans tidbit pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 qt. water
    2 tsp. oil
    1 c. marshmallows
    3/4 c. coconut
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain fruit and save juices.
    Mix 1 3/4 cups juices with sugar, flour, salt, eggs and lemon juice.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until creamy but not thick.
    Cook 1/2 box macaroni in water and oil; drain.
    Pour fruit sauce over macaroni and let it set for several hours or overnight.
    Mix well and fold in marshmallows, coconut and Cool Whip.
