Pork In Soy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork, diced
    2 small onions, chopped fine
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
    3 green onions, sliced thin
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    3 Tbsp. sweet soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Fry pork in hot oil until brown. Add onions, green onions and garlic.
    Fry until brown. Add ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, 1/2 cup water and salt. Be careful how much salt as soy sauce is salty. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 4 to 6.
