Papillotte De St. Jaques A La Julienna De Legumes(Scallops With Julienne Of Vegetables) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. scallops, sliced
    1 carrot, julienned
    1 leek, julienned
    1 stalk celery, julienned
    1 lemon, sliced
    1 stick butter, melted
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and wash vegetables.
    Julienne vegetables and blanch. Slice the scallops.
    Add vegetables and lemon.
    Wrap in foil.
    Cook in oven on high heat for four minutes.
    Pour melted butter over all and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
