Lill'S Californian Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts, skinned, boned, cut into strips
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    6 whole bay leaves
    1 c. pineapple juice
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    2 red bell peppers, julienne sliced
    2 green bell peppers, julienne sliced
    1 white jumbo onion, julienne sliced
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    flour tortillas
    salsa (condiment)
Preparation
    Mix pepper, garlic powder, bay leaves, pineapple juice and soy sauce.
    Marinate chicken strips in mixture 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
    Remove chicken strips from marinade.
    Place chicken in saute pan with 2 teaspoons of oil.
    Cook, stirring frequently about 4 to 5 minutes.
    While chicken is cooking, add vegetables to marinade.
    Remove from marinade and add to chicken in pan.
    Cook all together until chicken is cooked through.
    Discard marinade. Fajitas can be served plain or folded in a warm flour tortilla. Serve with salsa.
    Makes about 4 servings.
