Chili Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cans whole green chilies
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
12 eggs, beaten
2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Rinse chilies.
Remove seeds and pat dry. Alternate layers of chilies and cheese in buttered baking dish.
Beat eggs with sour cream. Pour over layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve with seasonal fresh fruit and sausages.
