Ingredients

5 c. cut rhubarb
3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (strawberry is good)
Preparation

Combine rhubarb and sugar. Let stand overnight. Boil the mixture for 5 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Stir in Jell-O. Put in jars and seal. This will keep in refrigerator for several months.
