Country Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. dry parsley
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese (optional)
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients.
    Place in a greased casserole dish. Dot with butter or margarine, if desired.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
