Crunchy Fruit Bake - cooking recipe

3 c. blueberries or sliced peaches
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. bite size wheat biscuits
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
whip topping
Preparation

In bowl, toss fruit, brown sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Transfer to a quart casserole with cover. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Stir fruit. Crush wheat biscuits in plastic bag and add brown sugar and margarine. Sprinkle over fruit mixture; bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes more or until mixture is bubbly around the edge. Cool slightly. Serve with whip topping.
