Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil with 2 Tbsp. milk, beaten in
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. coconut cream pudding
1 qt. milk
3 large bananas

Preparation

Mix flour, oil with milk and sugar together.
Pat into pie pan.
Prick bottom with fork until all dough has been pricked. Bake at 325\u00b0 until crust is brown.
While crust is cooling, mix 2 packages of pudding and 1 quart milk; cook pudding as directed on package.
Pour pudding into crust and let cool.
Cut up bananas and place on top, then sprinkle with coconut.
