Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 green peppers
2 pounds hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 c. cooked rice
2 quarts tomato juice
A little green pepper, cut fine
Preparation

Parboil cleaned out peppers until they change color. Drain. Brown hamburger with onion, salt, pepper and green pepper. Mix with rice and tomato juice. Stuff peppers and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
