1 Crust Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
2 c. cooked apples
Preparation

Peel and dice about 1 1/2 to 2 quarts apples.
Add 1/4 cup water and cook until thick.
Stir often.
Melt oleo.
Mix cinnamon and sugar.
Beat egg and add sugar and oleo.
Mix well.
Add apples and mix.
Pour in an unbaked 9-inch pie crust and bake. Start oven at 400\u00b0, then reduce that to 350\u00b0.
Bake 45 minutes.
