Raisin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/4 c. granulated sugar substitute
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar substitute, butter, eggs, cornstarch and salt in heavy saucepan.
    Cook and stir over medium-low heat until well blended and slightly thickened.
    Remove from heat, stir in pecans and vanilla and allow filling to cool 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle raisins on bottom of unbaked pie shell and pour pecan mixture over them.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Yield: 8 servings, calories per serving 199 plus pie shell calories.
