Mark'S Mozzarella Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs, beaten with a little water
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs and 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    oil (for frying)
    Marinara Sauce
    Italian parsley
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Cut cheese into twelve 1-ounce pieces.
    Dip each piece in egg, then flour, then egg and finally into bread crumbs.
    Chill at least 40 minutes.
    Fry in 1/2-inch oil until brown on both sides.
    Drain well.
    Spoon 3 tablespoons marinara sauce on plate.
    Top with 2 cheese slices and put a little more sauce on top.
    Garnish with Italian parsley.
