Shrimp And Cashew Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium uncooked shrimp
    1/3 c. dry roasted cashews
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil or salad oil
    1 medium onion, slivered
    6 oz. mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/4 lb. pea pods
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Shell and devein shrimp.
    Set aside.
    In a large frying pan, heat peanut oil; stir in cashews and brown.
    Remove cashews with a slotted spoon.
    Stir in onion and cabbage in oil, about 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and brown.
    Mix in garlic and shrimp, stirring until shrimp is pink.
