Tomato Cheese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine stewed tomatoes, butter and water in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
    It is also good without the cheese.
