Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    4 slices Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion, mushrooms, garlic and oregano in oil; stir in flour.
    Add beef broth; cook until thick.
    Stir in sour cream and spinach.
    Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Cut cheese into strips, crisscross over hot casserole and bake until cheese melts.
    Can be frozen before adding cheese, then bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts.
