Hot Crabmeat Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. flaked crabmeat
1 1/4 c. shredded American cheese
1/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 dash cayenne pepper
Preparation
-
Saute the onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
Add crabmeat, cheese, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper. Cook over low heat until the cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
Serve hot with Keebler Onion Toasts.
