Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
3 egg yolks
grated rind of lemon
1 can sweet condensed milk
juice of 3 lemons
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Stiffly beat whipping cream.
Line pie pan with vanilla wafer crumbs.
Fold lemon juice, grated rind and beaten yolks into condensed milk.
Blend well.
Pour mixture over crumbs.
Spread stiffly beaten cream over mixture.
Set in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
