2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Add salt, cream of tartar and vanilla to egg whites; beat until soft peaks form.
Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff.
Fold chocolate chips into egg whites.
Cover cookie sheet with brown paper or aluminum foil; drop batter in small teaspoons.
Bake for 25 minutes at 300\u00b0 or do overnight. Put trays in oven, turn oven off and remove in the morning.
If doing overnight, they must remain in the oven at least 4 hours.
