Bread And Butter Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sliced butter bread mix
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Put in a butter baking dish, butter side down.
    Pour sugar, salt and milk over the bread.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 with the dish covered during the first half hour of baking. The top of the pudding should be well browned.
    Serve warm with Hard Sauce.
    Serves 4 to 6.
