Low-Fat Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. smooth peanut butter
    1 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Sift flour; mix flour, salt and baking soda.
    In a separate dish, mix peanut butter, apple juice and vanilla, using an electric mixer.
    Blend this with flour mix.
    Place by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
