Tahitian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. dry roasted peanuts
1/4 to 1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp. curry powder
lettuce leaves
seedless green grape clusters (optional)
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients and set aside.
Combine mayonnaise, relish and curry powder. Add to chicken mixture and toss gently.
Serve on lettuce and garnish with grape clusters, if desired. Serves 6.
