Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans (10 each) buttermilk biscuits
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine
chopped pecans
Preparation

Spray pan with Pam.
Mix 2 teaspoons cinnamon with 1/2 cup sugar in Ziploc bag.
Cut biscuits in 4 pieces and drop in cinnamon and sugar.
Coat well.
Layer them in pan with pecans in between.
Melt margarine.
Add 1 cup brown sugar.
Bring to boil for 1 minute.
Pour over biscuits.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then dump.
Use a tube pan to bake in.
