Swiss Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. dry cooking wine (non-alcoholic)
1 1/2 tsp. brandy flavoring
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 loaf French bread, cut into bite size, toasted
salt and pepper to taste
paprika to taste
Preparation

Prepare fondue in heavy saucepan.
Add cooking wine and heat but don't boil.
Add shredded cheese slowly, stirring constantly. Dissolve cornstarch in brandy flavoring and add to cheese mixture and stir.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Toast bread in bite size pieces and pour in fondue pot.
Garnish around the sides with bread.
