Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, brown sugar and mustard; set aside.
    In large bowl, combine eggs, onion, cracker crumbs, ground beef, salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 of the tomato sauce mixture and mix.
    Place meat mixture in glass ring, mold or 2-quart microwaveproof round casserole.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over top of meat.
    Cook, uncovered, on High (maximum powder) 12 to 14 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
