Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carrot
    1 onion
    1 stalk celery
    2 c. broccoli
    1 qt. milk
    2 c. cheese, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. bacon
    8 Tbsp. flour plus a little
Preparation
    In 1 cup of water, cook carrot, onion and celery until soft. Add milk and mix flour and water for thickening.
    Bring to a boil. Add salt, bacon and broccoli.
    Turn off heat; leave on burner and add cheese.
