Bing Cherry Salad Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 diced banana
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 can Bing cherries
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
red food coloring
Preparation

Combine sour cream, sugar, salt, pineapple and enough food coloring to give a pretty pink color.
Lightly fold in nuts, cherries and banana.
Place cupcake papers in cup cake tins.
When making cupcakes, save the pink cups for this salad.
Spoon salad into cups and freeze.
