Double Shelled Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 pkg. sliced Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat; drain fat.
Add taco seasoning to meat and follow directions on the package.
Submerge tortilla in hot oil for 15 seconds.
Remove and repeat with another tortilla. Layer with slice of Velveeta cheese and reheat in oil while folded over.
Fill with taco meat and top with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
