Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. or 1 stick butter or margarine
pinch of salt
2 1/4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. raisins
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Cook raisins in water to cover until almost dry.
Mix all other ingredients and pour into raisins.
Cook until thick.
Pour into baked pie shell and chill.
