Herb Burgers With Rosemary And Thyme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, finely grated
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. clarified butter
    2 lb. ground round or beef
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients, add beef and blend thoroughly.
    Shape into patties.
    Melt butter in heavy skillet.
    Cook burgers, searing one side, then the other. Serve with cheese bread.
