Potato Dumpling Platter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium-size head green cabbage (about 2 lb.)
1 medium onion
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen potato pierogies
2 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 link Polska kielbasa (Polish sausage), sliced on diagonal
Preparation

Coarsely slice cabbage.
Discard tough ribs.
Thinly slice onion.
In hot salad oil, cook cabbage, onion, salt and pepper 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Add sausage.
