Cherries 'N Cream Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    2 Tbsp. water
    10x sugar (powdered)
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1/2 c. 10x sugar (powdered)
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Grease a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Line bottom with waxed paper, grease wax paper.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
