Shrimp With Garlic And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 lb. shrimp
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat butter and garlic in heavy skillet.
    Add shrimp, parsley, basil, scallions and lemon juice.
    Turn shrimp, basting in sauce until they turn white, about 5 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper and cook 1 minute more.
    Sprinkle with paprika and serve on a bed of seasoned rice.
    Serves 4.
