Tomato Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. mixed fruit, lemon or strawberry jello
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Pour tomatoes into saucepan, saving can to use as mold.
    Bring tomatoes to a boil.
    Add jello and salt, stirring until dissolved. Add vinegar.
    Pour into can and chill in refrigerator until firm. Puncture bottom of can to unmold.
