Lemon Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 to 1 c. self-rising flour
    rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add lemon and flour.
    Roll dough into small balls.
    Smash with fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
