Mama'S Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    butter (1/2 stick)
    handful coconut (1/2 can)
    1 tsp. lemon or vanilla
Preparation
    Cook in double boiler until thick, then pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 275\u00b0.
    Then beat egg whites and top with meringue. Sprinkle coconut on meringue, then brown.
