Crunchy Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. French fried onions, crushed
1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/4 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Combine onions, cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in mixture of egg and milk.
Roll chicken in dry mixture and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour melted butter over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
