German Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, pared and sliced
    1/3 c. bacon drippings
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    6 slices crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, cook potatoes in 1-inch of boiling salted water, covered, just until tender; drain.
