Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 pkg. Dream Whip
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. boiling water
4 Tbsp. cold water
2 pkg. unflavored gelatine (Knox)
1 pkg. coconut
1 c. white sugar
1 large angel food cake
1 c. crushed pineapple

Preparation

Mix gelatin in the cold water, then add 1 cup boiling water. Put in the freezer until it starts to get thick.
Beat all of this together 2 packages Dream Whip using directions on package.
Add lemon juice, pineapple and sugar.
