Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

16 oz. pkg. spaghetti, uncooked
2 Tbsp. butter
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 cans (4 oz. size) mushrooms, drained
2 oz. jar diced pimentos, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 to 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to directions.
Meanwhile, melt butter in large Dutch oven.
Saute green pepper and onion until crisp and tender.
Stir in chicken, mushrooms, pimento, soup, milk, garlic powder and salt.
Drain spaghetti and add to mixture, tossing spaghetti to mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
