Pork And Deer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 lb. meat (3/4 deer meat, 1/4 pork fat)
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. red pepper
    4 Tbsp. black pepper
    3 tsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind meat one time.
    Mix all ingredients in very well. Wrap in freezer wrap
    and
    freeze.
    To
    prepare,
    slice, while partially frozen, into 1/2-inch thick patties.
    Fry until well done.
