President Reagan'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. macaroni
    1 tsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten well
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil macaroni until tender.
    Drain.
    Stir in butter, salt, egg and cheese.
    Pour milk just even with top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes until set around edges, but a little shaky in center so it will not be dry.
    Thickens as it cools.
