Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced, cooked white chicken
1/4 c. diced celery
1 small diced green or red pepper or pimiento
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. salad dressing
lettuce
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, green pepper or red (and or) pimento and seasonings.
Chill thoroughly.
Mix well with salad dressing and drained pineapple.
Turn into salad bowl on lettuce leaves. Garnish with egg, slices or quarters and add some green or black olives and small pieces of pimiento for color.
