Cranberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. sugar
3 1/3 or 3 1/2 c. water
dash of salt
1 lb. cranberries, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 medium apple
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O, sugar, water and salt.
After chopping cranberries, celery, pecans and apple, add lemon juice.
Mix together and add Jell-O mixture to this.
Pour into a long casserole dish and congeal.
Yields 10 to 15 servings.
