Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
chopped parsley and green onion tops
1/4 lb. butter
Preparation

Place breasts between 2 pieces of Saran Wrap and pound very thin.
Cut 8 long strips from 1/4 pound butter.
Put a small amount of chopped parsley and green onion tops onto chicken breast along with the strip of butter.
Fold in sides and roll, pressing ends together.
Roll in flour and dip in egg plus 2 tablespoons milk.
Roll in seasoned bread crumbs.
Chill overnight for several hours.
Deep fry 12 minutes or until brown.
Serve hot.
