German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 whole potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. parsley (optional)
    3 to 4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 bouillon cube
    1/8 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Cook whole potatoes with peelings.
    When soft (sharp knife will go through), drain and peel.
    Slice round and thin; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add parsley and sliced eggs.
    Add enough oil until it doesn't look dry.
    Add vinegar and mustard.
    Dissolve a bouillon cube in water.
    Add this last.
    Mix all together.
