Baked Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beef brisket
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
paprika
Preparation

Wash meat in cold water.
Cover pan with Reynolds Wrap.
Place brisket in pan, fat side up.
Cover with celery and onion. Sprinkle paprika on top until brisket is red in color.
Seal in Reynolds Wrap.
Pour 1 cup water in bottom of pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for about 4 hours.
