Low-Fat Raisin Nut Muffin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. no-fat biscuit mix
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Make a well in center of mixture.
    Combine egg, milk and honey to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
    Remove from pan immediately.
